Registration Options

There are two options for registering for the Spring Gathering - camping or ensuite rooms.

Camping is the 'fun adventurous' option, where you can camp in church groups and enjoy a cost efficient option. Camping will be on “Cotter Flat” on the Greenhills site and there will be hot showers and toilets nearby. There are two BBQ’s and a basic sink/ washing up area. You will need to provide your own breakfasts, two dinners and snacks. There will be a fridge for those needing refrigeration for food. There is electricity available on site for a few caravans. Some people choose to share the catering with their church family.

The Ensuite Accommodation is for those who would like to enjoy a bit of a five star experience (or possibly 3-4 stars!) This option includes a variety of rooms which have up to 6 beds (mostly bunks), and all these rooms have their own ensuite and air conditioner. You will need to bring your own linen and towels. There is a minimum of 2 people per room.

This year we are introducing a 'GRACE BOX' which is money set aside to help people who may not be in a financial position to pay for all of their registration costs.

Donating to the Grace Box
If you would like to donate to the Grace Box to help others come to Spring Gathering, you can do this when you register.

Applying for Grace Box

If you would like some help with your registration cost please tick the “Grace Box” option on the registration form. The maximum amount offered from Grace Box is 25% of your registration cost. This may only be available if there are funds in the Grace Box. You will need to register online and pay 50% of your registration costs. We will then contact you to let you know what funds are available and options to pay the remaining balance.

All money owing for registrations will need to be paid by Tuesday 2 October.
From Friday 21st September we will no longer be able to refund any money if you are not able to come. You could transfer your registration to another person but you will need to contact us to let us know.
If you need to cancel your registration before the 20th September we will refund your money less a fee of 5% (to cover administration fees). You will need to send us your bank account details for us to be able to do this.
