You will need to get at least a BASIC REGISTRATION (which includes a campsite).
If you upgrade to one of the limited cabin accommodation options, you are required to purchase a meal package as well.
(No cooking allowed in the cabins)

Your day pass gives you access to all the meetings, seminars, kids and youth programs and fun at the family festival. On Wednesday and Thursday the morning meetings start at 9:15 (with the kids and youth halls opening at 9:00am) and they finish at 12:15. Morning tea will be served for everyone. We suggest everyone bring their own snacks for afternoon tea. In the afternoons we have seminars on a range of topics plus a family festival with jumping castles, water slide, bushwalk (Weds), games and paint wars (Thurs). The evening meetings start at 7pm on Wednesday and 6:30pm Thursday – with kids programs running at the same time.

Food for Day Registrations

If you want lunch or dinner you will need to buy a Meal Pass (lunch and dinner only). (please note: the meal pass option finishes on Friday 22nd September as final numbers have to be given to Greenhills.) If you do not get a Meal Pass, you will need to bring all your own food for the day. There is a camp kitchen available to prepare and heat food up. There are some fridges there to store your food and an eating area/ room with tables.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION
If you would like to pay your registration in instalments,
please use the Promo Code 'PAYMENTPLAN' on your final checkout.
This will allow you to pay 50% now and the balance by 21st of September.
You will receive an email with details about how to pay the balance of your registration.

PENSION DISCOUNT
If you are on a pension you may take advantage of a 10% discount off your BASIC REGISTRATION cost.
To do this, you will need to enter 'PENSION' into Promo Code on the final checkout.
* Please note: If you are applying the Pension Discount to your Basic Registration Costs, the 50% Payment Plan option is not available. However, if you are purchasing accommodation and meal packages you will be apply the Playment Plan to these costs.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
All money owing for registrations will need to be paid by Thursday 21st September as we have to
give final numbers and payment to the conference centre.

From Friday 22nd September we are unable to refund any money if you have registered and are no longer able to come.
You can transfer your registration to another person but you will need to contact us to let us know.
If you need to cancel your registration before the 22nd September we will refund your money less a fee of 5%
(to cover credit card & administration fees). You will need to send us your bank account details for us to do this.
