You will need to get at least a BASIC REGISTRATION (which includes a campsite).
If you upgrade to one of the limited cabin accommodation options, you are required to purchase a meal package as well.
(No cooking allowed in the cabins)
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION
If you would like to pay your registration in instalments,
please use the Promo Code 'PAYMENTPLAN' on your final checkout.
This will allow you to pay off your registration in instalments.
You will receive an email with details about how to pay the balance of your registration.
This year we are introducing a 'GRACE BOX' which is money set aside to help people who may not be in a financial position to pay for all or any of their registration costs. If you would like help with your registration cost please fill in this form with your details and tick the “Grace Box” circle and we will contact you. We would love to see you there!
Donating to the Grace Box
If you would like to donate to the Grace Box to help others, please do so on the registration form. This will help others to attend the conference.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
All money owing for registrations will need to be paid by Thursday 20th September as we have to
give final numbers and payment to the conference centre.
From Friday 22nd September we are unable to refund any money if you have registered and are no longer able to come.
You can transfer your registration to another person but you will need to contact us to let us know.
If you need to cancel your registration before the 21st September we will refund your money less a fee of 5%
(to cover credit card & administration fees). You will need to send us your bank account details for us to do this.
